Not to my knowledge. Obviously there's a way to dump your update data. Otherwise, no one would have the update files. Which update were you looking for? If it's 6.1 E, 8.1 E, 9.0 U, pm me.

I'm such an idiot. I need to read more slowly. I do not have the 9.5 update files. And also, if you update to 9.3 or higher, you're locked out of CFW for good.

I assume they wanted to update N3DS emunand to 9.5 because that's the highest it can go as of now.
If they really planned on installing that to sysnand, then well, now they know

if you need update files google for it , example: [MEGA] [CIA/BIN] MSET 4.X & 6.X backups, Browser backups, Update packs (All Regions)

Against the rules because the forum is full of warez. (including the updates -- this site considers those warez too even though Nintendo hosts them for free)

Just google, 3ds cia downloads, and you'll probably find it.

I'm looking at updating my sysnand 4.2 to 9.2 using (9.2.0-20U (no.mset-twl-wlist-agb) from that one site... Is this the one I should be using if I want to keep my downgraded mset? also what is "twl-wlist-agb" part mean?

Good day. Can I use this 3DNUS in my new untouched 4.0.0-7U 3DS to update to 4.5 so I can use rxtools? or do I need to do something first to use 3DNUS?
Or in short, is this an alternative for buying a cartridge to update a 3ds with very low firmware (short of 4.1)? Thank you

Because I haven't found a working 32bit binary, I compiled this on my 32bit WinXP laptop with dotNET 3.5, so you don't need to derp with dotNET 4.0's installation.

Thank you for helping me. I am after the setting recovery cia for my original SysNAND (9.0.0.20E). I need it to recover the version of my Setting in SysNAND as it was downgraded to 4.07 with NVRam for DS Exploit. I need the version of my original Setting back to 9.0.0.20E.

it stopped on Downloading file 1... i downloaded version 1.8. i have a block on the websites that update my 3ds. would that cause a problem?
