If you want to contract someone's time and money, you are better off posting in the trading section for someones services. Otherwise your more than likely fair game to people's speculations.

Word of advice on prototyping, it may be cheaper but your more than likely to go through alot more revisions than a finished product which can cost you way more than what is commercially already available.

There's no way a 3D printed shell would work, it couldn't be precise enough. You would need to make the pieces with a metal mould, which would cost a few thousand just to get the moulds set up before you even start producing the pieces.

If you are serious about it you can make a post on the trading section (my guess is it will cost you hundreds just for a 3D printed shell which would crack instantly/won't go together, because of designing time etc). But otherwise, this is a begging post so I'll close it.
