Hardware 3D Printed 3DSXL OG ?

I have a broken 3dsxl og that basically has a broken shell so I had the idea of 3d printing a new shell and everything else like the d-pad,circle pad,and the abxy and rb buttons but, don't know how to design what it would look like so, if I could give some the details on it could they design it and send me the design through pm when its done.

Probably easier to buy a shell replacement than to 3d print the shell. A 3d printed shell will likely not hold up around the hinge area.

Yeah but in my experience, 3D prints always feel like they're about to shatter instantly and are still nowhere near as good as a real replacement shell. Although if you really want to 3d print a shell, happy modeling!

You're better off figuring out how to model by yourself. Or just buying a shell off of eBay and making a skin for your 3ds from a website.

On average it is 2-3 mm thick. Some areas are less. It will depend on what plastic you use to determine if it snaps under stress.
