Gaming 360 E-mail support

Hey guys, I was looking all over the Xbox 360 site for email support. I found a few references with links to click to submit a question/report or something, but none of the links work. They are all dead ends.

So does anyone have a 360 helpdesk (XBL spesifically?) email addy? Or could you direct me to somewhere i can find it?

Visit it in IE not Firefox, Firefox returns a error.

UPDATE: Well, i tried it at home. Errors out. Just tried it at work, works fine! Got to submit my questions (via www.xbox.com)

Dunno why it didn't work from home though. And i'll try IE from home as well.
