[360] Dash 16765 released.

Today, Microsoft pushed out a new 360 update.

The revision now at 16765 brings all 360 owners the promised "no XBL Gold required for popular Apps".

Other then that, there seems to be no security related update.
As usual, I urge the owners of ODDE's and flashed DVD drives not to update.
Updating is entirely at your own risk!

For the owners of JTAG/RGH/R-JTAG consoles, expect an updated Dashlaunch and XeBuild in the coming days.

Pushing out an update which isn't important and letting users chose to update or not ;p

You can update the stock NAND, and wait for xebuild/dashlaunch to update for the RGH NAND.

i have not updated my RGH dashboard in a long time. the last update i got was before GTAV came out

That is a bit of an outdated way to update. XeBuild will automatically update it now. IIRC I informed you when you wrote the tutorial ;p.

The same goes to Xbox One, now you dont need to be gold to use youtube, netflix or any current and upcoming media product.

Too late, one of the housemates too it upon themselves to update it for me. I'll keep you posted.

Seems to be working just fine after the update. The xkey mode was left on during the update, still works fine. There probably isn't much money for it for Microsoft to spend money stopping us from playing our legal backups.
