While $400 is probably more than the most DS+flashcart combos prices tend to fall quite rapidly in this area (2 gig cards were considered obscenely expensive not so long ago).

QUOTE said:Irvine (CA) – The next size of flash memory is knocking on our doors: Toshiba today said that it will be shipping a 16 GB SDHC card in October and a 32 GB version in January.
Toshiba claims that its SD High Capacity is the first card of this type with a capacity of 32 GB, providing a substantial boost especially for applications such as camcorders. The company will also be offering a mainstream 16 GB version as well as an 8 GB microSDHC card, scheduled for January 2008, for cellphones supporting the HC standard.
Pricing has not been announced, but common recent price trends in the flash industry suggest that the 16 GB SDHC card should cost somewhere around $200 when released in October and the 32 GB version in the $350 to $400 range. The 8 GB microSDHC could hit the market for slightly more than $100.
