I'm a newbie to this but can read and understand a tut and this
just makes no sense. I used the main guide you get when you
search for vita hack, and followed it perfectly. So I was told to
update TO 3.65, yet trying to set up sd2vita has been a train
wreck. I followed the tut I found to the letter, copying only ux0
but found that I don't have access to molecular/vitashell and
therefore can't do shit all.

Nothing I add shows up so it makes no sense to even use sd2vita
if you can't add anything. Afterwards, I read that you should add
every folder (or at least ur0) and, despite some 505 errors, I did
that yet nothing shows up!! I held R while visiting the henkaku.xyz
page and nothing, I hold L and start w/o the config.sys(therefore
on my 16 gig system memory) but there's nothing there to help
my sd2vita card... Please, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.
I followed the instructions to the letter, so why am I in this mess?

Dont try to set up sd2vita just yet, finish setting up your vita first :)

Do you have the h-encore application on your Vita? If so, open it and click "Download Vitashell"

After this, go to Vita Settings and make sure that "Enable Unsafe Homebrew" is checked

Ah nvm, I think I misunderstood your post. You are supposed to edit the storage_config.txt file, i cant tell you exactly how as it depends on the type of Vita you have.

Then copy the tai folder in ux0 to ur0.

Then youre supposed to install storagemgr plugin in ur0. (move the plugin and "storage_config.txt" file to tai folder in ur0 and edit the "config.txt" file by adding this line ur0:tai/storagemgr.skprx under *Kernel). After this you delete the tai folder in ux0

And then youre supposed to transfer ux0 contents to ur pc, then transfer them to your microsd card (which will be inserted into the SD2Vita)

I'm literally in this same situation. Very new to the vita scene, purchased for homebrew.
Followed the tut to the letter and when I reset to confirm the new size allocation on vitashell, bam! No access to vitashell or my other apps that I'd previously installed.
Tried to go back through content manager to reinstall vitashell to figure out what went wrong and it won't allow me to do so as: "This requires a memory card".
How do I fix this?
All I want to do is set up sd2vita for storage for homebrew apps and emulation.
