Hardware 2DS not charging

I opened my 2ds to replace the cartridge slot, when it was opened i connected the battery the wrong side

Now when i connect the charger it doesnt charge the battery, i tried the battery in another console and it works (charge) but not in my console, what could i do to fix it? i have checked the fuses (i found the F1 and F2) and they work
