Hacking 2DS 10.1 Downgrade issue: How to bypass browser update ?

Hi,
i juste receive a2DS in 10.1
I want todowngrade it, but, after scanning the QRCode, i have a mandatory update to use it...

I try to disable my wifi, and reanable it after the scanning. I try also the tubeHAX DNS... Nothing..

any advice to bypass this ?

You need a cubic ninja, zelda oot, or sky3ds cart to hack it. Your browser is locked out.

Follow this and make sure you get the right downgrade pack from that certain other site.
