I have a 256GB MicroSD with all my games and PSP stuff stored on my ux0, I set it up a year ago, anyways, System Information/Adrenaline says I only have about 49GB left on my 256GB card, but Windows and VitaShell says I have 130GB left. Is this an issue with the zzBlank Image I used to setup my Vita? Is it a plugin issue? I was thinking of installing enso_ex would that help? Can I still use that 130GB of space or will it stop me after the 49GB? I know for a fact it's not a card issue, it's a legit 256GB Lexar.

This is already known; you're using a cluster size that's messing up the Vita. You'll want to reformat your card (again, via zzBlank) with 32kb Allocation Unit Size.

Obvi, you're going to want to backup the contents of the card first before nuking the thing. It's fine; just takes forever if you've already built up a catalog.

32kb exFat or FAT32? And does it change depending on SD Size? I'm thinking of upgrading to a 400GB card, same cluster size?

Allocation unit size != filesystem; it's still exFAT.
And 32kb is about as low as you should go. AFAWK, the Vita is fine with 32kb up to 400GB, and any lower would only harm IO speeds.

It just a known problem on vita system
32kb cluster correct size, read spd slow down random
64kb cluster correct size for >128GB, no slow down
default or 128kb+, incorrect size display for >=128GB, work normal for <128GB
