Hacking 2252 Not working

Howdy guys. I am having a problem with The World Ends With You. It keeps locking up in the very beginning during the movie that plays after you run from the frogs. I am using the AceKard 2.1, running the latest official firmware, and I'm using a SanDisk micro SD ULTRA with a scene released copy of the ROM. Does anyone have any ideas on how i could get it working? Thanks in advance.

It's a known issue. There's no solid solution, but you can work around the problem by closing your DS lid before the point where it would usually freeze to allow it to buffer ahead, open it back up after a few seconds, and repeat the process every time you get about that far. It's a bit annoying to do, but as far as I know, the opening cinematic is the only one with that problem. It happens with some memory cards.

Try that, and it should work fine. Just make sure to close your DS before it gets to the trouble spot, or you won't be able to put it into standby like you need to.
