Hardware 2160-0003 trying to connect to internet

Hi!

So I tried to go to the nintendo shop. Got this error message: 2160-0003
Then I tried wifi test... I see it succcesfully connect to internet but then error message appear.
Is nintendo store down?

sometimes a full power off and reboot might fix things , see if that helps
