1) is it possible to partition a portion of my ext hdd into wbfs without losing data and how would it be done?(since i have a 1 tb ext.hdd that's used up about 85% and i want to condense all the ISOs onto a wbfs drive so that it'll take up less space and possibly be able to use the wbfs for my wii as well)

2) i used RegionFrii and WiiBrickBlocker to RF some of my games and to "remove" the update partition from the iso so that i could burn the iso onto a dvd-r and run it properly without problem, but then when i open up WBFS manager 3.0 and get into checking what region it is, it still shows PAL. why is that?

2. Because even though the game is RF, the game has to show a region of some sort. That's why it shows as PAL. And BTW if you try to run an NTSC version of that game your save will not carry over.

why wont the save carry over? i have pal versions of rabbids go home and CoDMW:R for example, and the saves are just fine...

I did Number 1 with Partition Magic. Kept all my video, music, iso, etc on the existing NTFS partition, made an additional 200GB NTFS partition, and then formatted the new partition with WBFS Manager.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
