Hacking 2.1 vs 2i battery life?

Does anybody know of any battery life testing between the AK2.1 vs the AK2i? I can only find the battery info on the AK2.1, and a vague and ominous "for those used to the long battery life of the DS, be prepared to take a sharp hit with the AK2i" on a review on dealextreme. If anybody has any hard data, it'd be greatly appreciated. My 2.1 and 2i should come in by tuesday, I'll post up my own results then, but until then I'd appreciate any info.

From what I read, they had to make some significant memory modifications to get the 2i to work on the DSi.
