Greetings.
I have a hacked Wii U running Aroma and redirecting the MLC to an SD card (microSD with an SD adapter) with two partitions (the MLC one and a FAT32 one), using redNAND, following this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...0-0103-failing-emmc-without-soldering.642268/
Everything had been running fine, but recently I booted up my Wii U after a while, and I noticed some weird issues. When booting Nintendo Land (installed on the "Internal memory" partition of the SD card), it acts as if it's booting for the first time, even though I can see save data from a year and a half ago in the Settings. Then when trying to enter an attraction, I get the 150-3032 error and the game crashes, and the same thing happens again if I try to reboot it. Occasionally, but not always, this also results in my FAT32 partition becoming read-only on Windows. Moving the LOCK slider of the SD adapted up and down makes it writable again.
I installed wafel_installer to use its "check NAND Health" function, and got these results:
SLC: "
"
(every time)
SLCCMPT (vWii): sometimes:
"
"
while other times:
"
"
I haven't tested it a large number of times to be sure, but it seems like the first time I run it it is successful, while successive tests during the same session fail?
I ran the MLC test once (takes a few hours), and no errors were found. Which is weird to me because I would expect it to be corrupted somehow due to the other behaviour I'm observing?
I do not have anything other than the SD card connected to my Wii U.
I have run out of leads, don't really know how to continue debugging this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
