No, you're screwed. Unless you have another 3ds that's hacked or learn how to hard mod (soldering skills), then there's NOTHING you can do.

The title didn't make sense ? if you have upgraded sysnand ,you're pretty much screwed , the only solutions for you to downgrade is by using fielddrunners downgrade method , in which u would need a second hacked 3ds and a digital game copy of fieldrunners, or you would need to hard mod your 3ds .

oh....unless you meant flashing your sysnand with the sysnand backup you made before ? in that case idk ..

Very noob proof ,yeah.
Simple , No.
A9LH installation actually is very simple. It just takes a long time if you do all the steps correctly following the guide. But none if it is difficult, unless you consider copying files to/from the SD, reading steps and pushing A to select to correct options in software hard. As long as one can carefully read, understand and follow instructions (which the guide holds you by the hand through the whole thing) and ASK QUESTIONS if you don't understand something, it's extremely easy and safe at this point in the game. Maybe it was difficult months back when you had to compile your own A9LH installer. But it's gotten much easier as of late.

If you had a friend with an exploited system you could use Fieldrunnerhax and fwtool to restore your 9.2 backup. I've seen people link to the guide on DSiWare-Downgrade but you don't need that as you already have a backup of a previous system firmware. So you can flash that backup with DSiWare and fwtool, which would bring the system back to 9.2 firmware. Either that or you could hardmod and then flash the 9.2 backup as well. But either way those are your only two options at this point.

I'd wish to have one (I barely know anyone I'm in contact with lately with a 3ds). BTW, how much would a hardmod cost (like, paying someone else to do the hardmod)or how much would it cost to ask someone around these boards to send me a 3ds with cfw (I would send it back, though I'd probably not end up doing any of the things I mentioned in my post, just asking out of curiosity)
