Homebrew 10.8.0

So around 5 minutes ago, Nintendo released 10.8.0. So I figured I'll make a thread to see what was changed. Currently, I am running RXTools on O3DS and it works like it hasn't been updated. If you run the update and are using CFW/***hax, tell me either O3DS or N3DS and the results.

Browserhax: (Just reminding you that if there is a new system update that patches browserhax in the future, the January 1st 2000 bypass doesn't work) Still patched

smashhax: I'm on O3DS so can't test (Only use when others don't work)
Downgrading: Can't test
