so i have one 3ds with cfw luna, and old 3ds xl 10.7, im trying to mod second one, once you do above what do u do on the non modded machine,

Use the oot with your 10.7 to enter HBL. i.e. https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(no-browser)
Then continue on to downgrade to 9.2

Launch the exploit. I think this just means starting the exploited save file.
