yes cause i installed the legit cia of 9.2 version.
So i will never have any update nag on it.
But I can install back the 10.3 Browser and tell you if you want.

i succesfully downgrade my New 3DS but i recomed you to format your 3DS before and also format the micro SD card.

How come? i downgraded 2x 3ds and 1x 2ds without formatting.

becarefull on my euro 10.3 I just receive an update message also I can't access Eshop anymore.

I just checked both the Eshop and tested System Update, I'm on the US N3DS and the update shouldn't of happened yet so I'm unsure why you got an update message?

No idea but when i try to go in eshop it tell me that an update is available and required to continue ^^
I will try to remove the update file my 3ds could have and try again

No i am on 10.3 and sys nand xD
once i can boot again fbi i will put back browser 10.3 and remove that rop bin i tried also ^^
