No its not the fault of corrupted CIA
I tried the TTP files the 9.2 and 9.0 files and got the same result
And after the downgrade black screen with text with and without sd card (semi brick)

Full package from that "site" (non TPP), checked with MD5 (3 times to be sure) sysupdater from TuxSH and Steveice10. FTP-3DS and ftpbrony trick, Homemenuhax, ironhax, cubicninja and always the same thing: black screen forcing me to update from recovery :/

Can I update an N3DS 10.3E using the latest SysUpdater by stevice10? Do I need to remove anything from the update pack?

Of course, and the error always pop up. I've tried changing the SD card thinking that was the problem, but always the same result with any sd card or micro sd card with adapter I have.
Seriously this is very annoying.

I have the same problem... What enterpoint do you use? I use homemenuhax in 10.3...

I've tried with 4 xD and the same result, homemenuhax load and finish the procces successfully, in theory. Browserhax say something about can't create some process on core1, something like that, I don't remember. Ironhax stop at some point between step#5 and #7. and with cubic ninja same result as homemenuhax.

Edit: I was in 9.9 an i was force to update due to error screen.
now I'm in 10.3 of course.

Nintendo people if you're watching, please don't push an update until somebody fix this.

I think he means perfect bricking tool, it's an old cfw that is like palentines but with full access to nand files hence why it's good for bricking
