Homebrew 10.3 Homebrew not working

When I go to homebrew all it does is this
"terminated script execution."
CRASH
"An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently in use, and then restart the system"
I tried resetting save of internet and deleting cookies + history.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

First off, please try to word your questions in a non-demanding way. It's a 3DS console, the world will go on and none of us here are obligated to help you.

Secondly, your post doesn't really detail what you mean by "homebrew", that could mean any number of things... What are you trying to run that crashes? I assume browserhax?

OK, well, have you followed all of the following steps?

1. Get the homebrew starter kit from Smealum's site
2. Unzip the archive you downloaded, and copy it to your SD card. You can use TeraCopy for additional assurance that there is no file corruption.
3. Put the SD card in your 3DS, then open the camera by holding L+R.
4. Scan a QR code that takes you to the correct URL (in your case, http://yls8.mtheall.com/browserhax_fright_tx3g.php). You can google for a QR code generator if you don't have the QR code and just scan it off your monitor.
5. If it crashes, clear your browser data on your 3DS. If it reaches a yellow screen, mash 'A' a bunch.
6. You should be at the Homebrew Launcher.

EDIT: Note, if you get the "you have to upgrade" nag, you are SOL unless you update, so I'd recommend not waiting until 10.4
