Hacking 1:1 DS games on 3DS XL with DSTWO

I'm sorry if this is already out there, but I didn't find anything.

My question is; is it possible to play DS games 1:1 size while using DSTWO chip in a 3DS XL system?

I've tried to hold the Start button while starting a game, but it uses the "fullscreen", black bars on the sides of the top screen.

yes, it works. You need to hold the start button down firmly before you tap the alex rider icon and keep it held until the menu screen appears.

I was holding start when I tried to launch a game from inside the DSTWO program..
