Q: How to use GBA linkage function?
A: Usage: NAME.nds, NAME.nds.gba, NAME.nds.gba.sav. These three files are DS game file, GBA game file, GBA game save. NAME which can be user defined. This feature is selected by the user to open, choose the interface in the start menu, select System Settings option.
6?Added the WII linkage functions.
7?The main menu by using cyclic mode.
8?Added support ez3 in 1, superCard lite, superCard MINI SD, superCard SD, superCard CF.
9?Update Korean language package.
10?Added prevent halt in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin.
Note: Old version patch database can not be use in new OS.

What exactly is that function?

is it like a gba game in slot two of a dsi?

It means you can semi emulate a gba game,for example:

Pal park on Pokemon,if you set it to use pokemon emerald,you can migrate your pokemon from emerald to dpp/hg/ss

Because I tried on my DSi, with two games... (aria of sorrow/dawn of sorrow, and pokemon)...

Just tried GBA Linkage as well and it doesn't work for me either (tried Pokemon HG (G) and Emerald (G))

He talks about "3in1+" and the changelog talks about "3in1 normal"

I thought GBA Linkage was multiplayer gaming between 2 or more GBA's? But I guess I was wrong :/

Either way, I'll hold off on updating until I go through my homebrew list and see which one's won't/will work.

they have gone back to the Looping front menu (to be honest i liked 1.03 non looping)

on the DSTwo game selecting menu you turn on GBALink

allowing games than can use the slot 2 to be used

So it enables you to play Games on the Ram of the 3in1 ?

I posted a question about 'linkage' on the DSTwo forum - not much in replies into exactly HOW to do it - but here's a couple of replies I got

No, you need a slot 2 device for GBA union to work properly. I only tested it with the Supercard SD, but I got GBA union to work properly with a DS rom and a GBA rom.QUOTE

I've posted a reqested for the 'I only tested with the supercard SD' replay to explain how he did it - it MIGHT be similar to how the DSTwo may do it, but it does mean those with DSi's can't do any type of 'Linkage'
