Blah. I still watch it. I'm waiting for it to close and stuff.
and im trying to understand japanese via watching it.
Naruto was always shit simply because it belongs to a shitty genre. It didn't "go to shit" after a particular arc, it's the premise that's flawed and uninventive. I call this the Dragon Ball Z Syndrome - observe:
Step 1: Introduction of protagonist sayian who is either kick-ass or kick-ass in training.
Step 2: Aliens come and kick the shit out of the protagonist.
Step 3b (optional): A friend of the protagonist is killed/kidnapped or an important item is taken/destroyed.
Step 4: Training montage or other quest of self-improvement.
Step 5: Protagonist sayian is kick-ass once again, defeats the aliens.
Step 5b: Aliens gain respect for the sayan and become friends.
Step 6: Lost items or individuals are recovered.
Step 6b: Chance of resurrection of fallen comerades or fixing the destroyed item with the use of plot convenience.
Step 7: Repeat.
Replace sayian/alien with ninja and you have Naruto.

@SylverReZ, in my experience, I wouldn't say I am an audiophile because to me MP3s seem fine, frequency cut off but good enough lol although in my laundry list of freak gifts... Is the ability to hear frequencies beyond what anyone else I have ever met... I max out hearing tests with shocked looks from the Drs, sad part is I can hear frequencies much higher.+1

@Psionic Roshambo, As somebody who has listened to music over everything, I prefer some good quality headphones that can output the sharpest audio. I listen to my music mostly with WAVE or FLAC files, with MP3s I can tell the difference straight away by the compression artifacts.+1 -

@Psionic Roshambo, MP3s were designed to be as small as possible, so that they can be shared on the internet. WAVE files were more bigger in size and would take hours to upload back in the day.
