    I voided my warranty by flashing my DVD drive. I also did the xclamp fix, which means it's unlikely they'd believe I hadn't messed with it, even with the warranty sticker intact.

    Is there a method which does not require soldering? Also, I've heard that getting power from the DVD power connector can damage the console in the long run. Is this true?

    I ordered a replacement fan, and it too does not work. This leads me to believe that the three pins which supply power to the fan are no longer working. Is there some other way to power my 360 fan? If not, is there a way to fix the three pins which supply power to the fan?

    Last time I checked, it's unlikely that you'll get banned (and by that, I mean nearly impossible) for playing a game early. M$ understands that some stores release games early, and they have no way for currently detecting which 360s are flashed.

    If emulation were done well enough, it's possible. But since PS2 is poorly emulated on the PC, I doubt we'd see any Wii emulation of the PS2 running at full speed. There is a PSP emulator for the Wii running at 4fps, I believe.

    What do you mean by other solutions? I have quite a few roms, and it would be nice to be able to play all of them off of a larger SD card, instead of picking a select few for a smaller SD card.
