I decided to do n64 emulation on the wii u so i can play n64 games on there, and it requires an overclock every time so that the games run well. My question is: how risky is the overclock and how much does it decrease longevity of the console?
Hi so just wondering: If i'm playing a GBA game via the inject and I want to turn off the console and play another time, what is the best way to do so? Is it to just hold the power button and then click the turn off option, or is it best to go to the home menu and THEN turn off the console? Also...
Just in case my cartridges stop working. i don't want to lose all those hours I spent on my games. And if i do dump the save file, will my cartridge still retain the save file or do i have to put it back?
I haven't updated the 3ds yet but i was just wondering. There's no rush, or anything, and if there is, can i update within the luma menu or do i have to manually put on my sd card? Thank you
the game does seem to freeze in the gruntilda fight. I just wanted to let anyone know because the compatibility list says it works fine, but i did encounter a freezing issue there and i'm not sure what the cause of it was. I had to unplug the wii u and plug it back in. Is freezing a common issue...
it was a patriot 64 gb microsd and im just wondering if the sd card died because i had too many apps on there. i had a bunch of gba injects and ds games. i had some 3ds games as well. and i went to the homescreen a few times while playing the gba games. today i loaded up nds bootstrap for a ds...
Whenever i play these games like Pokemon Yellow or Links awakening DX, i save the game and if i soft reset within the game, the save file is there, but if i turn the console off and go back to twilight menu, the save file is gone.
This doesn't happen with DS games, so I'm not sure why it's...
...when i press the select button and click the cartridge, the game doesn't seem to run and gives me an error code. I have to go to the regular dsi menu from the twilight (again pressing select) and then the game in the cartridge slot works properly. However even then, if i reset the game with...
I have the files and i extracted it. one of the files is cfgloader.dol from 2011, but i have the latest version of cfg already on my wii (2014, iirc). Do i just replace the 2011 dol file with the latest one (its a boot file). Or do i stick with the 2011 one and still install it? Also does...
ive been using usbloader cfg for a while now to play my wii games, but ive always had this issue of the wii going to the home menu if i hit the reset button on the console (or sometimes using the reset in the game itself). Is there a fix to this? like is there an updated version or should i just...
I was playing resident evil 4 on nintendont and the game crashed quite a few times. It crashed during the helicopter mike section about twice, and it crashed 3 times at assignment ada. I wasn't sure why it was, so i unplugged and replugged the console and tried dios mios instead, and it didn't...
So my wii has no space to add more channels (only 8 blocks left), so i decided to transfer any new virtual console games to the SD card, but multi mod manager doesn't allow that. It makes me only add to the main wii channel. is there a way to transfer to the sd? And if i do get the wad from mmm...
I've been reading about how nintendont is mostly fine, but Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance has issues. Is this true or no? i remember when i had dios mios, i beat the whole game with no issues besides i think one crash around chapter 18. I want to replay the game again, but not sure if its good on...
I was playing through resident evil 2 gamecube edition through nintendont on the wii u gamepad and the game's buttons were mapped fine for most of the time i played it. The issue came later when the actions you do with the a button (shoot, interact) were mapped to the b button, and the b buttons...
