ROM Hack Where do the 3ds game saves go?

They're stored on the SD card, but they're not stored in any recognizable way, and they're encrypted. If you're wanting to backup and/or restore save files on the 3DS, you should use JKSM or Checkpoint.

Ah okay. I guess i'll use checkpoint, then. My problem with it was when i launched it, it automatically decided to store games, and when i tried to exit, it crashed my console, so i deleted it. I'll try it again.
