It really just hit me that I'm getting married on Saturday.

I realized today, as the date of my best friend/brother's death gets closer, I'll never get fully over it. There is a hole in my life now that will never be filled. I wish I was a better a friend and an even better brother. I wish I could've done all the things I wanted us to do together.
Ugh, today is my best friend's birthday and exactly one month later is when he died last year. It's been a rough, rough year. Trying not to let it get me down and just remembering the 20+ years we had as friends and brothers.
God, I hate how big my backlog is. But I hate even more so that I go back to games I've played to death. Looking at you, New Vegas.
Getting married in five weeks. Looking forward to all this wedding stuff being done.
Really was hoping for that email.

My back is recovering well, sooner than what my chiropractor was expecting. Hips are realigned and muscle tension/stress is down. Woot woot!
And we're back!
Had my first visit with a chiropractor and I feel amazing already. Last time my body felt this good I was like 18 or so.
The lack of back pain is amazing. Was so bad I couldn't even sit up or think clearly.
Ready for a rare summer weekend off of work. -
