Mods not working in Atmosphere

I've been trying to install Sigma Platinum on my switch. The mod says that it's for version 1.1.3, and my pearl version is 1.1.3. I've placed the data folder into the /atmosphere/contents/[titleid] but loading the game it just ignores the folder it seems.

I'd suggest to check again if you used the right Title ID.
For pearl the path should look like this /atmosphere/contents/010018E011D92000

That's the title id im using. I wasn't fully sure if I was allowed to post it.

I'll have to try changing the titleid to maybe the update? seems weird. Tried mod manager but it seems to install the folder to the atmosphere/ folder instead of atmosphere/contents. override_config.ini is in the config folder and was set !L. Still no dice.

Still nothing. Tried holding L until the black screen. Changed the Titleid to the update and back. The mod either just doesn't work or I'm doing something completely wrong.
