Not starters but go to road 1 you have random pokemon

This was for the v 1.0 Version. So it will not Work over V 1.0

So i Installed this Mod, but what are the new shiny odds in game? because i dont see any shinys after like 30-40 encounters? Does anyone else have this problem?

are all pokemon encounters randomized? i cannot find the location txt so i wanted to know if only certain routes are randomized bc i dont think wild area is randomized
