I'm sorry but. No. You can't.
Besides In my opinion I think the port was not good, It needs to be more optimized. And that port is in 1.9 so

If you really want it you can buy a n2ds, are not cheap but is the unique solution.

There was an unofficial port for the DS, but you'd be much better off running a different version.
