Hardware Dust inside the screen of a GBA SP AGS-001

Hi, I have a problem on the screen of the Game Boy Advance SP, the model is AGS-001, The problem is that there are some small specks of dust inside the screen.

I would like to know if there is a way to move / clean those specks of dust without having to disassemble the screen, once in a Spanish-speaking forum I read that it could be done with the static of a balloon, but I don't know if it will be a good idea, and I can't think of another solution

Do you know whether the dust is inside the actual AGS-001 screen itself or just under the plastic screen cover? (i.e. the black "Game Boy Advance SP" part)
If it's just under the screen cover, all you'd have to do is remove the five screws around the screen and pull it off to clean the dust out

Since you have to take the plastic lense off to clean it anyway, you can add a glass lense instead of the original plastic one. Looks nice and is harder to scratch.

It really does look like the dust is under the lense and not in the actual screen, itself.
