Hacking Question Problem with fw 12.0.0 Ams 0.19.1 error in trying to boot into it how do I fix it?

Look at image
when I try to boot into Cfw sysnand via hekate or fusee primary from Tegra it always gives me this screen no matter if I installed a new atmosphere.
SD card is FAT32

Error code 2001-0123 (0xf601)

010000000000001F is the network module of the Switch.
Did you do an upgrade of Atmosphere with an existing configuration?
In v18 of Atmosphere some stuff related to the network/DNS was updated.
Maybe some old stuff on the SD card might be messing up the settings.

I didnt upgrade anything I just reinstalled everything with atmosphere and hekate. do i have to change something in the dns settings?

I dont know the correct way of saying it but my boot0 was bad and couldnt boot into atmosphere thats all I know. i had to flash it again with a fresh 12.0.0 firmware I think

eMMChacgen supports firmware 12.0? I find that a bit surprising considering the latest release was out before firmware 12.0
