Hacking R4 stuck in loading when chaging SD Card

I bought a DS Lite to be my main console since it came with a R4, the SDCard on the R4 is a 2gb but I decided to change to a bigger SDCard since I had some laying around.

I just copied the files from the 2gb Card into a 4gb and a 64gb (Flat32) but neither worked.
Since I'm dealing with old hardware here, what should I do? I couldn't find files to swap in the bigger cards.

Looks like it may be an older model. When did you purchase it?

The 4GB and 64 GB appear to be SDHC, which may be unsupported in that model.

As Gamemaster1379 said, that R4 revolution card is the old one and maximum card support is 2GB.

I see, thanks for the help.

I have no clue of how old the R4 is since it came with the DS I bought last week.

I'll set up a new SD Card of 2gb as a second game holder.

Could always be handy to have for a few Pokemon games. Could do trading if you have a second unit. But yeah, otherwise, I think there MAY be some 4 GB cards out there that are non SDHC, but likely not worth the hunt.

Shouldn't be using SD-Cards bigger than 2GB as that's against the spec.
Some device accept them, but better play it safe.
