Poll: Should WiiMiiSwitch be able to create polls?

WiiMiiSwitch lost his ability to create polls last night and it was almost like a cleansing storm blew through the EoF and cleared away all the garbage. But some (well one person, WiiMiiSwitch) have raised concerns that this merciful act was somehow an abuse of my power and an affront to his free speech. Regardless of the fact that free speech is not a right on a moderated forum and regardless of the fact that all acts by my divine hand are just and righteous I have decided to open this to you, the community.

Should @WiiMiiSwitch have the ability to create polls restored? The decision is up to you all and I will respect the results of this poll and will not interfere with its results. Voting will close on Sunday evening GMT time.

Nobody is stopping your from posting. Also this is a moderated forum, there is no blanket right to free speech, we are free to remove any comment or thread we deem inappropriate.

The ToS also state that moderator decisions are not up for public debate and your relentless crying is in violation of them. Just knock it off and lets see what the community decides. If the majority of people here are fine with never seeing a poll from you again maybe you should take that as a hint. Any more posts from you regarding the removal of your poll functionality will be removed.
