When I press power to reboot, it turns off for a split second and then goes back to the error. What can I do to fix this?

You will find that by providing more data related to your issue, more people will step in to help. Things like what CWF are you attempting to bring up? Is this the first time that it happens or it was working before and you did something that caused it to happen? Is this a new uSD card? Have you tried another card? Have to tried to boot without any card? Given what you gave, any of hundreds of things could be the culprit. It could be a bad card, corrupted file, broken connector, files not in the right place.
