well, I remember it was bguerville (one of the devs responsible for ps3 hen), who told me that the error codes on psdevwiki are taken directly from the official sdk, so they're correct. that's how we know what they mean.

Are the problem games large games? 30gb+
I had a lot of pkgs on a USB drive which I used to install from but one day I kep getting errors when installing.
Turns out the USB drive had corrupted some games. It was mainly some of the larger games, the small ones were fine.

Maybe your PC HDD is corrupting the games when downloading or the USB drive is when copying them over.

Long story short, google PS4PKGVerifier_1.4.zip and download version 1.4 to check your PKGs.
Make sure the 'Integrity' part shows up green and says 'OK'

It would be a good idea to check the integrity of the pkg on both your PC and on the USB drive after you have copied it over before installing.
Also is your USB drive formatted as exFAT?.

I think the ps4 has something like the ps3's xregistry to where an old hdd can be plugged in. the xregistry.sys on the ps3 contains the hdd's serial number, and it's contained on the hdd in an area known as the vflash. the ps4 seems even more dependent on the hdd than the ps3 with its 14 partitions.

what I mean is that the way the system knows that the hdd is right is based on the serial number of the hdd having been recorded. the file that records it is on the hdd in fact with later ps3s and it seems all ps4, so that's why you can just plug in an old hdd. as long as it's the same firmware, I think it should work.

for instaling via external hdd, xfering the pkg from ntfs to exfat almost alway corupt them, so best way is like me and god do: use pkg sender whit pkg installer

for myself all my pkg are on my nas (unraid) ans use an auto-send command from my cell to my nas whit pkg installer on ps4 actif
