don't worry about it, you can put it in /config/aio-switch-updater if you want, it is color profiles if you want to change the internal color of your joy-cons but it's entirely optional
I'm not sure, it works fine with me. Perhaps the partial overwriting you did changed something (perhaps hbmenu?) but it shouldn't be the case. Have you tried launching it through title redirection? What you can do if you have a somewhat recent hekate is use it to browse the contents of your sd card without taking the sd card out or even having to reinject a payload. It's in the tools -> usb tools.
check for corruption and it will say it's fine, don't worry no need to reinstall your games. Hekate sigpatches work fine for ams only
