For example, suppose that one account is associated with the United States, while the other is in Argentina. Which weather station will take priority?. Remember that December in the Northern Hemisphere is winter, but in the Southern Hemisphere it is summer. Switch only lets you change the country from My Nintendo

When you start the game you pick if your island is souther or northern hemisphere. At island creation it will pick a seed from whatever hemisphere you picked. To find the seed and see weather data for your island you can use this: https://wuffs.org/acnh/weather/

Weather has absolutely nothing to do with where a user is from.
