I am an elderly guy that needs to get a wii balance board with games to help with my balance. I see all kinds of ads for used equipment, but don't know exactly what I need. don't want to buy things I won't use.

Do you already have a Wii ?
If yes,you only need the Balance Board and a Game that supports the Board and maybe helps you and your Balance.
A good Start is maybe Wii Fit and/or Wii Fit Plus
