I jailbroke my vita on a 32 gb sd card. Got a bunch of homebrew apps. Recently i got a 64 gb sd card, how would i transfer everything over to it? What’s the safest, best way to do it? I want more space for more games. Especially so i can use pkgj.

Why u wasted money on Sony's proprietary bullshit and instead buy a SD2Vita?
Because the old card is official and i am new to modding. So, forgive me for not knowing any better. I took a look at it, saw it would go in the game slot and said nope because most of my games pre jailbreak are cartridges

I recommend copying the files from your current memory through FTP or USB (if you don't have a PS TV) onto your computer, putting in the new memory card and formatting it, then copying the files from your computer back onto the new memory card.

Just to note, the 64GB PS Vita memory cards aren't really known for reliability, in terms of lasting long.

Correction

"All Sony PS Vita memory cards aren't really known for reliability, in terms of lasting long."

Should just bought a SD2Vita adapter and move everything off the Sony Memory Card off to the SD2Vita.
I didn’t buy an sd2 because i wanted to be able to use cartridges still. I suppose i should buy one and another non ps sd card then? And use pkgj to replace the physical copies? It would keep my data right? Also, which version should i get as well as sd card size?

If you have a 3g 1000 model you can try looking for a PSVSD from spheresolid. SD card size depends on how many games you want, 128 or 256gb would be good options.

And the size of the sd card won’t affect device speed? I remember looking at modded storage at one point(forgot what system) and the thing i read said the system would slow if the size was modded too high. Is that the same for vita?
