Naaaa, it will ban the hacked switch, but interacting its mostly safe
yes my hacked switch is already banned so i have nothing else to lose with that one, but i was very afraid to get my other switch banned
so far i have been using my OFW switch to travel to the other island to pick up items and no bans

Do you think this idea is safe on a hacked/unbanned switch?

- no emunand
- switch on airplane mode
- use an atmosphere prepared SD with JKSV
- load edited/hacked "main" file to device/system
- power off
- change to clean SD card or just remove SD
- Boot the game to OFW
- turn on WiFi and play online with edited save loaded

If you buy the a game code for the game from a website that's not Nintendo (G2A) , they could ban you and you have to make a long process to fix it , but from items I doubt it .
They would ban your account for that. Not your Switch.

The problem with third party sites is that someone can use a stolen credit card or do a charge back on the purchase of the game code. The person who installs the game code on their console is the one who gets in trouble for it, and for those offenses Nintendo will ban an account with pretty much no way to get it back.

That's also pretty much the only thing they ban accounts for. Fraud. Everything else (online cheating, piracy) they ban the console. The minor loophole here is that people aren't directly cheating online here. Another console is cheating and the secondary switch is not the one that did the original cheating.

If you're talking about the insert item in real time tool, I don't know as I use the save editor to give people recipes and items for free and whatnot.
U can use 90dns to log online and avoid nintendo servers. Im on cfw online and sharing stuff, i could be banned but there is low risk (but its not 100% safe)

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
