ROM Hack Question Recover save from the Nintendo folder?

Is there any way I could recover a save from an installed NSP which should be in a Nintendo folder backup I have? Maybe a software which checks the Nintendo folder?
If not, is there any way I can use this folder to get a particular save of a particular game?

no, save is in 32g base nand, not in tfcard
