You can't go around downgrading to any firmware, Choidujour ain't really a downgrading tool, it is just a firmware flasher. You should understand that there is an anti downgrade fuse in use by the system, when you burn too many fuses than what the system expects the system starts to panic.

If you can't boot using a custom bootloader like Atmosphere's fusee-primary then your option is to try to restore that 6.2.0 NAND backup with the correct boot0/boot1 if you have it via Hekate if you do manage to get it to boot, and see if it boot after restoring NAND, additional option is if you have your prod.keys obtained via lockpick_RCM, you can try to rebuild your NAND with Choidujour PC version.

It is something you can try if your 6.2.0 NAND backup would boot with a custom bootloader like Hekate or Fusee-Primary you can manually update your firmware again so it will boot normally.

Do you have your boot0 and boot1 backups that you made at the same time as your nand backup? You need all 3 files to restore.

I formatted my sdcard to ntfs to transfer the nand backup but when i go to inject the hekate it say "missing lp0 sleep mode library" . i think its because of the ntfs format right ? how can i transfer the 30gb backup in exfat ?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

figure it out its a fat32 that has limit in transferring , going to format it in exfat and transfer my backup file

If you can't launch into CFW you might have to use Nintendo server to update to 10.0.2 instead but you are going to burn fuse.
That`s what i did , My switch is running 10.0.2 firmware right now with ams 0.12 . Thank you for helping me :) God bless you and your family.

Last question what are the disadvantage for burning my fuse ?

Fuse are for anti downgrade, you can update firmware while preserving your fuse for downgrading to lower firmware, but you need to have autoRCM on all the time to preserve your fuse and preventing your unit booting into OFW without a custom bootloader.

Like what you did before downgrading to 4.1.0 but your fuse was 11, so that why it wouldn't boot, there is a big mismatch.
