ROM Hack Got Pokemon Bank 1.5 but it still wants to update, why?

Hi, guys like the title says why is that? I got it by installing a .cia file:

How to fix this? And no I didn't found Poke Transporter 1.5, and my 3ds is on 11.13.0-45.
I used FBI to delete the red ticket, still didn't fix it.
So if anyone has an idea, please share it, thanks in advance.

I don't know what the problem is here, but did you know PKSM has a built in bank?

I know I use PKSM for years now, but it can't and never will transfer to Pokemon HOME, so I want to know why after installing the latest Pokemon Bank it still says that I need to upgrade it, it never happened before with other updates.

Do you know if it was bundled with the latest update or do you need to get thst separate from the .cia file you got?

Uhm....what was the red file in fbi you deleted?

The .cia is 60,6 MB so it's not just a update, I think.
The red files where fake Tickets.

I dumped my bank titles to see what is what with both the rom and the update. The rom itself is a 64.34 MiB file. and the update file godmode9 dumped was also a 25.88 MiB file.

*Also for note on these dumped files. I got both from the eshop with the free downloads.

And I got it from a web site because every time I go to the eShop my fake tickets that i deleted, somehow reappear and I get a error when pressing redownload.
Is Nintendo keeping a backup list of my tickets and reinstalls them to find out illegal software?

Ok, thanks I found out that Nintendo made it not possible to delete eShop tickets, so I used my clean repaired new3DSXL to make a new NID and I downloaded Pokemon Bank 1.5 64,0 MB and Poke Transporter 1.5 54,6 MB (but my repaired 3ds had its mainboard replaced and they only had the us version so I had to pay 10$ + 5¢ tax = 42,44 PLN a lot of more money from my credit card to buy a Pokemon Bank subscription which is only 4,99$, so 5,06$ = 21,35 PLN down the drain :cry:

), used godmode9 like you to make a standard and legit .cia files, installed both standard versions and it worked:

And now I got both green and red tickets, so I think If I would make a new NID I will have a clean ticket list, but I don't want to lose my Balance, so maybe in the future, but as 3ds is dead that's unlikely, so thanks for the help you guys, bye

Can you share the updated cia? I cant find it anywhere and my 3ds doesn't want to download the Pokebank from eShop.
