Indivisible adds New Game+ mode and local co-op in new update

Lab Zero Games is adding in a handful of free new extras for their game, Indivisible. Available now on all platforms is a New Game+ mode, which will allow players to carry over certain aspects of their previous playthrough into a new one, including your exploration abilities and your unlockable party members. The game's difficulty will also be heightened, and "a number of twists" have also been added, to make new playthroughs a little different. The other new feature is a couch co-op mode, letting up to 4 friends play together in combat, locally. Indivisible is currently available on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4, with a Nintendo Switch port slated for release on June 30th.

yea this game was interesting for a couple of hours but then it got repetitive. should've had more emphasis on platforming cuz it honestly nailed that.

Maybe a few positive things first. The artstyle is really great and everything has very expressive colors. The fighting system works quite well in the beginning. You can tell that the developers put their heart into it.

Unfortunately I had a bad fear since I played the first demo, which unfortunately came true. The world is really empty and offers almost no real interaction at all. There are indeed inhabitants you can talk to, but they usually only say one sentence and side quests are rather the exception. Otherwise you only move through almost empty areas with a few monsters here and there.

The story isn't only pretty standard, but also only integrates a few characters into it. That's because you can take many characters optionally into the group.

After a while in the game, you get thrown with so many team members that you don't know who to put on the team anymore. At a certain point in the game, I also had the feeling that the scaling wasn't right anymore. I could usually beat opponents with a few punches. Also, the fighting system doesn't carry itself through the whole game, because there's simply no depth. In earlier videos I saw that many other techniques were planned, but they were probably cancelled due to lack of time.

The game just feels unfinished, which is a shame. As a big Skullgirls fan I have seen a lot of potential since the Kickstarter campaign.

hmm i think this is due to them having a small team, and also on the budget of the kickstarter money that might have something to do with the world feeling unfinished a bit. still it's a fun game even with the flaws, but i can understand what you mean.
