I got Homebrew recently (i used steelhax) and I've heard about an app that lets you play games from other regions. I'vne been looking for it for awhile now but all I can find is the Download & Play exploit. Where can I download it?

if you put cfw on the system, it makes it region free. You may need a lumalocale.txt but thats gonna be it.

HANS is outdated and with cfw is useless. I dont even know if it even works on higher firms.
