Homebrew Chromebook to new 3ds xl: how to transfer files wirelessly with a non-hacked new 3ds xl.

I want to know If i can wirelessly file transfer with a non-hacked new 3ds xl and I really want to do it with only a chromebook and that is all that i have of a pc and no I do not have linux and I only have the browser of chrome and I really want to homebrew my new 3ds xl and I don't know if there is a app or way to do it and I just need some help and help would nice and some feedback as well. Also my chromebook is a N23 yoga lenovo chromebook and it has a sd card reader built in and I just want to know if there is a way around to not break open the back of the new 3ds xl and just do it wirelessly and if I can I then I will and If I need a adapter to work it then I will be mad, but If i have to then I will.

    @SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that

    I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
