Sorry about this.

Okay, the error I am getting is -1035 "did not complete". I cannot uninstall it either. Using cIOS 236. Might I also add that all other IOS and cIOS installed fine. I will attach a syscheck next.

Okay, things are definitely not 'OK'. Before doing any of these updates, I could run games on USB Loader GX. After doing this, and installing the USB Loader recommendation (on an HDD) using ModMii, I am getting very odd behaviour:

Configurable USB Loader does not load games. It displays them fine, but no games will play.
Wiiflow - same thing
USB Loader GX, works fine -- but not for GCN games (NO FAT DEVICE FOUND + reboots).

I have converted the HDD to FAT32 as recommended in one of the first posts here using the provided tool. I only have one partition where I have everything (apps, WADs, WBFS, etc.)

Here is the original sysCheck log file.

I am not sure how to resolve this, but I will try using different cIOS which I presume will solve these issues.

So this syscheck isn't the version modmii is designed to interpret, but it should still work just fine.

In any case, looking at your syscheck your homebrew channel is out of date and running on ios62 instead of 58. Modmii should have included a section on updating this.

Also your d2x cios's are v9 beta49, we want v8 final.

While many steps will be unnecessary, the simplest course of action might be for u to run the main modmii wizard and answer the questions as if the console were never modded before.

Ultimately once u install the proper cios 249 things should start working for u again. That being said, if you are using a USB thumb drive/key compatibility is for the pits.

Right, I should have mentioned that this was the original syscheck output before making recommended changes. Everything is updated now, including latest homebrew channel on IOS58. The sticking point is that I can't go back to V8 final as you suggest. It won't let me install or uninstall what I have.

I can upload the updated syscheck following all changes and updates if it helps.

I can happily confirm I solved this issue. I was able to uninstall the v9 titles using cIOS222 (as it was updated), and then I was finally able to re-install the v8 versions provided. Many thanks!!
