Hacking Question How can i redownload my games on CFW?

So i recently installed Atmosphere on my switch and i really love it.
But during the progress of everything i had to backup the nintendo folder on my SD and since i didnt want to wait a hour to copy over 50gb i decided to delete all my games and reinstall them after the whole installation.
But since i have a emunand wich i dont want to connect to the internet for obvious reasons like banning, how can i reinstall these games?

So my question is: i have the games so how do i install them without downloading illegal files from the internet?
(sorry if i ask a dumb question)

You can redownload the games on OFW, then use SwitchSDTool to dump the game without using CFW, then install your legally obtained backups on the emunand

you can use tinfoil to backup eshop games to nsp then u can use them on emunand. so make sure you have a current backup of sysnand do this and then restore the backup

that might be true but does nothing to point it out. sxos has sxdumper which supports dumping eshop games as well

EDIT. SwitchSDTool is prob the safest way to do it but is hardest to setup but u still need to redownload them again still.
